Working with Jessica Kahn has been noticeably beneficial. My son's coordination is so much better and his motor skills have improved beyond belief! Not only does he get all of his sensory and motor needs met, but he gets wonderful social back and forth as well. She really hones in on his specific needs and gets the best out of him. He loves going to see her and has made such improvement! I can't thank you enough!

Park City Pediatric Occupational Therapy | Blue Sky Therapeutics, LLCThank you so much for helping Garrett achieve body awareness! Thank you for teaching us how to help Garrett become a successful individual.  It is amazing to find the missing puzzle piece in the equation. Watching my son jump, swing, balance, handle loud places, experience a carousel with joy and not terror, build a sand castle, jump in waves and feel the weight of his clothes without terror is the most amazing gift. With Samonas listening therapy we have improved our attention span, speech and vocabulary, and learning ability. In just 10 months, Garrett’s successes are life changing.

FAQs

  1. How do I make an appointment?
Please call 435-659-1746 to make an appointment
  2. What insurance do you accept?
Blue Cross Blue Shield, Select Health, United, First Health, PEHP (Summit County), Aetna and Humana.
  3. How long will my child need occupational therapy?
This will vary per individual and is very hard to predict.  It depends on rate of progress and active participation at home and at school.
  4. Will my child have yearly goals that are re-evaluated quarterly?
Yes. Goals are established at the start of care and are re-assessed every four months.
  5. Will you communicate with the school system?
When necessary, therapists will communicate with teachers and other school professionals to maximize learning environments.
  6. How long are appointments and what is your cancellation policy?
Appointments are 50 minutes long. This allows the therapists time to chat with the parents if necessary and to document after the session. Cancellation is allowed up until your appointment  time. However, a charge of $25.00 is applied for "no-shows."
  7. Will you do home visits?
Of course! Home visits are always an option when necessary. We believe that for children,
especially young ones, this is where the majority of their occupations take place, so it is sometimes best to treat in that environment.
