ABOUT JESSICA KAHN
Jessica Kahn, owner, and occupational therapist has been working in pediatrics since 2002. She received her undergraduate degree in psychology from Washington University in St. Louis and received her Master of Science in Occupational Therapy from Rush University in Chicago, IL.
Her background includes working for Easter Seals Therapeutic Day School in Chicago and Cherry Creek School District/Early Intervention, in Denver, CO. Jessica moved to Park City UT in 2006 and opened up Blue Sky Therapeutics in 2008 after recognizing the need for pediatric OT services in a remote/small/rural town.
She joined the Weilenmann School of Discovery as their in-house OT when it opened its doors and continues to service children there today. She has taught on and off in the Masters Level Pediatric OT Program at the University of Utah and currently supervises Level 1 and 2 Fieldwork OT Students while treating children at the Life Skills Clinic at the University of Utah.
She thoroughly enjoys working with children and their families, helping them to be as successful as possible as they develop.
“Nothing is more rewarding than watching a child master a new skill or succeed at a challenge. Making the lives of children and their families as stress-free as possible is my goal with every intervention I develop.”
Jessica resides in Park City with her husband and son. Together they enjoy the outdoor lifestyle. She also spends her free time singing in 2 local bands and serving on the board of a local music organization. Within this organization, she serves on a youth outreach committee aimed at bringing the joys of music to the youth of Summit County.
