-Evaluation of the child-completed through parent interview and informal observation of child
-In depth home programming-frequency depending on plan of care
-When appropriate-ongoing consultative services/coaching to make sure progress is made and goals are reached
-Consult with school staff to ensure consistency of recommended interventions
Please find below the list of services and pricing.
750.00: Evaluation (parent style interview with child-to be informally observed), one 30 minute in-person session between child and Jessica to complete evaluation, home program, on-going consultative services (1-2 monthly) for 4-6 months-child specific
500.00: Evaluation as stated above, home program with 2 consult follow up sessions
150.00 – additional consult check-ins
100.00 – any school communication/training
Zoom is always an option for parent communication. This is due to busy schedules and some parents do not feel comfortable talking in front of their child-which is completely understood.
I remain dedicated to only giving standardized testing when absolutely necessary. Observing a child naturally and through parent interview remains the best way for me to get an accurate picture of any concerns and limitations. In my professional opinion, OT standardized testing can be very stressful for a child, not depicting true capabilities.
